Energizing Well being through Meditation
In continuation of Pragya CSR initiative, a Workshop was organized on Meditation
in Jaipuria Institute of Management, Sec-62, Noida, on 4th October 2011. A large
gathering of around 200 people comprising faculty members and students
enthusiastically participated in it. After a brief introduction about meditation
and its benefits, Mrs. Jai Maidan, one of the esteemed experts on our panel,
conducted a Meditation session which lasted around 45 minutes. It was followed
by an interactive session where many queries were answered.
Pragya Trust is an initiative to help everyone attain positive attitude in life
and acquire complete well being. Pragya Trust wants to bring everyone closer to
a better and improved self. We are a generation of worrywarts and find ourselves
surrounded with problems in relationships, health, finances, career, fears,
children’s education and numerous other insecurities.
The reason why we are conducting meditation workshops in educational
institutions is because this is the time future professionals can discover their
hidden potentials like confidence, wisdom, will power, enhanced memory,
analytical skills, intelligence and understanding which will help them attain
their goals and success in life.
This workshop was organized to empower and awaken them to practice optimism in
daily living, to let go of their inhibitions and fears and learn how to manifest
their dreams.
